Join Portland Fruit Tree Project and Bauman's Cider to watch cider pressing in person at our Portland Cidery, located at 930 SE Oak Street.
BYO container to take 1 gallon of apple juice home, or purchase a fermentation kit to carry away that comes with a 1 gallon glass jug, fermenting packet and tools and instructions for aging hard cider.
Attendees can take tours of the facility and learn about Urban grown fruits, how to age cider, and chat with Bauman's founders and staff in an open house format event.
Pastries included with ticket purchase, made from urban harvested fruit!
